The Chair is pleased to help publicize the third edition of the UNESCO Series of Regional Expert Consultations on Intercultural Competencies for Peacebuilding, which will take place this Thursday, July 27 between 15:00 to 17:00 CEST (UTC+2), via Zoom platform. This third consultation will focus on Africa and will bring together experts to address the main challenges to intercultural understanding in the region, the role of intercultural skills in building trust among different parties, and ways of improving intercultural competence to better promote peacebuilding efforts. There will be a particular focus on the role of women and youth throughout the consultation. You may register for the online event on July 27th here.
